We use Royal Mail to deliver our creations – you can choose between 1st or 2nd class postage both of which are signed for. If you spend over £100 shipping is free to UK mainland!

We use Klarna which accepts all major credit and debit cards. There are also options for buy now, pay later and finance. 

All the products on our website are handmade to order so please allow 3 to 14 business days for items to be dispatched

Very secure – we use a secure layer while you are browsing the shop and do not store any of your payment details.

If we have your item in stock we will box it and ship it as quickly as possible (please contact us if you have a deadline). If not then we hand make your order and ship it as soon as it is ready.

You will receive an email itemising your order. If you register for an account with us you can check orders in your dashboard.
